Batch tracking
Every batch is recorded with its arrival date and serial number. If a question arises about a product, we can trace which batch it came from.
Storage conditions
Our warehouse is temperature and light controlled. Products with active ingredients such as vitamin C and retinol are kept under separate conditions.

Freshness
We withdraw batches approaching their expiry date from sale. We share production batch information on request.
